Red Gates School is a highly successful primary special school with excellent facilities for pupils with severe learning difficulties (SLD) and autism. There are currently 145 pupils on roll. The school has been awarded Quality Marks for Inclusion, CPD and Basic skills. They are looking for 2 Trainee SEN Teachers, who would like to join a forward thinking, creative and talented staff team. A team member who embraces change and innovation positively. The successful candidates will be dynamic, highly motivated and dedicated to ensuring that all pupils achieve their full potential and will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.

The second year is when your PGCE will commence, taught by The University of Buckingham. Your teaching timetable will increase as you put your theoretical understanding and practical experience to effect, remaining at a pace that is both challenging and
