Beaconsfield High School are looking to meet with enthusiastic and dedicated trainee teachers to join the MFL department, you will be able to speak French and Spanish

Students in KS3 have an hour of French, an hour of Spanish and an hour of Latin. Students then choose one language to GCSE with Latin as an additional option. As a trainee teacher, you will be able to deliver one language to GCSE and a second to KS3. Being passionate about your subject is key.

The successful candidate will:

Be able to relate to children of all abilities, you will of course be able to teach the most able and offer challenge in your lessons, (in time) being able to design and deliver engaging and purposeful lessons is a must.

  • Hold a good bachelor’s degree

  • Have a GCSE Grade C or 4 in Mathematics and English Language

  • Be passionate about teaching and making a difference to young people

  • Have the presence and character to relate to the students at Beaconsfield High School
