The successful trainee teacher will:
Be able to relate to children in an Early Years setting, you will of course be able to support the most able and offer challenge in your lessons and activities, being able to design and deliver engaging and purposeful sessions is a must. The ability to relate to children from a range of backgrounds, who face individual challenges at home is essential.
- You will hold a good bachelor’s degree
- Have a GCSE Grade C or 4 in Mathematics and English Language
- Be passionate about teaching and making a difference to young people
- Have the presence and character to relate to students of all ages and abilities.
