About the School
This is a specialist independent school for boys and girls aged 10-20. The school is rated Good by Ofsted and is proud of its attendance record and outstanding GCSE attainment. The school demonstrates a commitment to holistic education and is defined as world class in teaching and learning in maths, science and English. The school offer lots of learning opportunities outside the classroom, including visits to museums, theatres, and other real-world events. This school changes the life chances of the students it supports, in short – it has saved lives.
The staff are supportive, passionate and committed – working well as a team, planning is done as a team and assessment is conducted in school (in lesson). Additionally, the staff attend regular staff social events and staff yoga! Students at the school are highly intelligent and work towards securing high level GCSEs. Classes are small groups or 1:1 as students present with a range of SEMH needs such as, acute anxiety, PTSD, high functioning autism and depression. All students have an EHCP and/or IEP and will use learning ladders, extracurricular excursions and other creative methods of learning.

Must have English and Maths Grade C and above at GCSE
Must possess a Humanities based degree with a 2.2 or higher classification
